What's New?

At Boost, we are making progress day by day. Since the June release, we have received a lot of your feedback on the brand-new Analytics features. Today, we are thrilled to share with you some important updates that you have been longing for.
  • Total Sales Generated by App

It's crucial for any business to guarantee every penny counts. Thus, we have been working on how to prove that the Boost app is bringing more value to merchants than what they invest in us.

Not only exposing valuable data about shoppers’ behavior, the Analytics feature of Boost Product Filter and Search now reveals your store performance with our app.

With the metric: Total sales generated by app, you’ll know exactly how much you gain from shoppers' interaction with our app.

  • What if I Don't Want to Share My Revenue?

The simple handle on the Settings page of Analytics feature will let you control the order revenue tracking. By default, the tracking will be enabled. Total sales generated in the last 14 days are available in the Analytics overview.

In the Collections Analytics, you can see Total sales generated by app in total and per specific collection. Total revenues influenced by app block will appear in the
Search Analytics.

  • Updated Algorithm

With the updated algorithm, we exclude all keywords with Redirects set-up from Top queries with no results. No matter the Redirect URL is in-store or out-of-store, it won't be calculated in this metric. That increases the accuracy of the Analytics data.
  • More Record History

Currently, each metric in the Analytics feature stores up to 50 records, expanding the data pool for e-tailers to examine online shopping behavior through product search and product filtering.

If you feel uncertain about what to do with search and filtering data, have a look at the in-depth article about Analytics feature.

  • No Search Result Suggestions

In circumstances when your customer searches for keywords that return no products, use the feature No search result suggestions to give them other alternatives. This helps your customers discover other results of your choice, increasing the chance of them browsing and buying from your store.
